Sittin’ in my room staring at the wall
Wonderin’ about the meaning of it all

our own eyes have seen,
and our hands touched
this Word.
John 1:1 Message
God tells us to ‘Seek ye first the kingdom…’ We are to live each day as God gives us EXACTLY what we need for that given day. I love how this is stated:
“There is value in engrafting every single verse in the Bible, because ‘all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness’ (II Timothy 3:16). There is great benefit in focusing on the verses that contain commands, because they express the foundational message of Scripture: how to love God and others.”

You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its flavor, how can it be made salty again?
It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled on by people.
You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill cannot be hidden.
People do not light a lamp and put it under a basket but on a lampstand,
and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way,
