What breaks your heart as it breaks the heart of the Father?
Is it abortion?
Is it child abuse?
Is it human sex trafficking?
Is it child pornography?
Is it the homeless?
Is it the spiritually lost?
Is it 3rd world poverty?
Or is it your own backdoor neighbors?
What is it that brings your heart to full compassion and mercy?
What breaks your heart so badly that it makes you get up and do something about it?
That’s what the lesson is about this week, in The Resolution for Women.
It’s a chapter on finding what breaks your heart and makes you want to go out and help, or lead, or feed, or clothe???
The Father’s Heart — It’s finding out what breaks the Father’s heart and then asking Him what He wants you to do about it.
“He has showed you, O Man, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and
to walk humbly with your God.
Micah 6:8

Living Intentionally to Be My Very BEST for Him,
All of the things you mentioned breaks my herat, abortion ,abuse,those living around me who know of God but do not know God,the immorality of our nation, when we tolerate wrong,but never lable it as sin,and we are all guilty of doing this.
Actually, as I was posting that list Gwen, it was a list of all that breaks my heart, as well. But I also realize there is so much more out there that breaks the heart of the Father! More than we could ever fathom!
What breaks my heart? The way we, as a nation, are putting God aside and not honoring Him the way He should be. There are others, but this is the top of my list.

My heartbreaks for my husband who has turned his back on God & for other Christian women who are struggling in their marriages. Satan is on the prowl & is seeking to devour marriages. He particularly wants to destroy Christian marriages. I understand the heartbreak of these women & I feel their pain. I would love to find a way to use the pain to bring glory to God.
Bring glory to Him by standing strong for your marriage, Girlfriend! What God has joined together, no man will separate, in Jesus' name, AMEN!!
What breaks my heart is teenage girls having babies. I have two little girls in my center and mom is only 15. She had the oldest one at 13 and she just had the youngest one in April. It breaks my heart to see babies having babies. Also what breaks my heart is children being abused I see a lot of neglect in my center.
The neglect and the abuse, I can't stand to see! It literally breaks my heart!
What breaks my heart is that my list of things that break my heart is so very long. Satan has certainly come to kill,steal and destroy and he's been very busy and sadly, very productive. The moral colapse in this country along with the evil that is running amuck is so very heartbreaking to me.
I agree Christel. When they started with taking God out of school….. BUT, we serve a MIGHTY GOD!!! And He is STILL in control, no matter what our circumstances look like! Amen??!! 🙂
It breaks my heart to see marriages fail.
It breaks my heart to see the loss of innocence of our young people, how technology has taken over their lives, the worsening drug culture, the state of our families and nation.
