A tried and true, if you will. And it is very easy to prepare. Make sure you let it sit for a few minutes before slicing. You won&#8217;t be sorry you tried this, I promise. The sauce that this dish makes is amazing. You can thicken it up with a bit of cornstarch or arrowroot for a gravy, as well. It is super simple to make and put together, yet it is definitely company worth, making it perfect for the holidays!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:center\">Honey Roasted Pork Tenderloin<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">2 lbs boneless pork loin<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/4 cup honey<br \/>\n2 tablespoons orange juice<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chicken broth<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Preheat the oven to 375.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Season the pork and place in a roasting pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, juice, oil and thyme.\u00a0Pour over the pork.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Add the broth to the pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Bake until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees (45-60 minutes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Baste frequently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Strain the pan juices into a saucepan. \u00a0Reduce until slightly thickened. \u00a0Serve over the sliced pork.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Happy Eating,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liz<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<p>You can also find me over at <a href=\"www.fresh-plate.com\">www.fresh-plate.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of those meals that I know will be a hit with all that try it.
