Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n4 cups of cooked, chopped chicken (about 4 to 5 breasts halves)<\/address>\n2 cups of instant brown rice<\/address>\n1 can cream of chicken soup<\/address>\n1 cup sour cream\u00a0<\/address>\n1 small can of minced green chilies<\/address>\n1\/2 cup frozen diced onion<\/address>\n1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes<\/address>\n1\/4 teaspoon cumin<\/address>\n1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<\/address>\n1 1\/2 cups chicken broth<\/address>\n8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided<\/address>\n
