\u2026The light has come into the world,\u00a0but people loved the darkness more than the light because their actions were evil. \u00a0Everyone who practices wickedness hates the light and does not come to the light,\u00a0so that his actions may not be exposed. \u00a0But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may become evident that his actions have God\u2019s approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

How encouraging it has been to read the Seeking Him<\/em><\/strong><\/span> devotionals each day during this Advent season. In Light Exposes the Darkness<\/a><\/em>, Clella<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0gave us an excellent example to compare being with or without THE Light…<\/span><\/p>\n

“If you have ever visited a cave and the guide turned off all the lights, you know just how dark that cave is. \u00a0You literally can\u2019t see your hand in front of your face. \u00a0To take even one step in that darkness could lead to you falling into an unseen pit, possibly even to your death…There are many people who prefer to walk in spiritual darkness because they are doing things that are wrong or their motive is wrong. They don\u2019t want to have those things exposed by God\u2019s Light\u2014Jesus. They would rather take the chance of \u2018falling into a pit\u2019 than to give up their evil actions.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
