(Ok, maybe someone&#8230;but you know!) \u00a0The eggs just add a richness to the stuffing. \u00a0So tasty and comforting! \u00a0I simply baked this in an ovenproof skillet&#8230;but it would be so cute baked in individual ramekins, don\u2019t you think? \u00a0Oh&#8230;I would love to hear of y.o.u.r. favorite way to serve the Thanksgiving leftovers! \u00a0Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-23-20.22.29.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-28894\" src=\"http:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-23-20.22.29-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"2015-11-23 20.22.29\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-23-20.22.29-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-23-20.22.29-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-23-20.22.29-300x400.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Leftover Stuffing with Baked Eggs<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ingredients<\/strong><\/span>:<br \/>\n4-5 cups (or more!) leftover stuffing<br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter<br \/>\nchicken stock<br \/>\n4-6 eggs (2 per customer!)<br \/>\nfreshly grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\nsea salt, freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>directions<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">preheat oven to 400<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">over medium-high heat melt butter in a large OVENPROOF saute pan\/skillet<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">when pan is hot, crumble the stuffing into the pan and gently press down into a thick patty (if the stuffing is dry, add some of the chicken stock around the edges to help steam it)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">cook for 5 minutes or so to crisp up the underside of the stuffing and warm it through<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">turn heat off and gently break the eggs right onto the top of the stuffing patty (be sure to keep them separated)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">season the eggs generously with s&amp;p<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">place ovenproof skillet into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or so&#8230;but JUST &#8217;til the egg whites have firmed up keeping the yolks slightly runny<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese over top<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">allow to sit for 5 minutes or so before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u2665 \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 \u2665\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>God loves you<\/strong>! \u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u2665 \u00a0<\/span>(Don\u2019t <strong><em>ever<\/em> <\/strong>forget that!)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u2665\u00a0<\/span> coleen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes eating Thanksgiving leftovers can be just as enjoyable as the original meal&#8230;AND without all the work! \u00a0Do you agree?
