He deserves your thanks.<br \/>\nHis love never quits.<br \/>\nPsalm 136:1 MSG<\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Merriam Webster Dictionary<\/span> defines <em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">steadfast<\/span> <\/em>like this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>firmly fixed in place : immovable<\/li>\n<li>not subject to change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Google<\/span>\u2019s definition states:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>resolutely or dutifully firm and unwavering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but there is nothing in my life, outside of God\u2019s love, that is immovable&#8230;not subject to change&#8230;resolutely firm and unwavering. \u00a0Life seems to be <em>constant<\/em> change. How wonderful it is to know God\u2019s love remains firm. It is enduring. How thankful I am that it is NOT based on what I do or don\u2019t do. Look at what Deuteronomy 7:9 AMP promises:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Therefore know [without any doubt] and understand<br \/>\nthat the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God,<br \/>\nwho is keeping His covenant and His [steadfast] lovingkindness<br \/>\nto a thousand generations with those who love Him<br \/>\nand keep His commandments;<\/p>\n<p>Isn\u2019t it reassuring\u00a0to know without a doubt that our God is faithful and His steadfast love and covenant extends to a thousand generations? God\u2019s love never fails. He never gives up on us. The Lord will never turn His back on us no matter how many times we turn away from Him. We are always able to run back into His loving arms.<\/p>\n<p>So I will thank God. He deserves it for His love never quits. It is unchanging, immovable, and eternal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">* \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 \u00a0\u271e \u00a0 \u00a0~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 *<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lord, thank You for loving me. Your faithful, steadfast love is the rock, the firm foundation on which I stand. Your loving arms are my Refuge and my Strength.
