As for God, His way is perfect: <\/span>
\nThe Lord\u2019s Word is flawless; <\/span>
\nHe shields all who take refuge in Him. <\/span>
\nPsalm 18:30 NIV<\/span><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u271e\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 *\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here we have David, in the midst of singing praises to God for delivering him from his enemies. \u00a0I believe David stated the most important reason for that victory—!<\/p>\n

God\u2019s way, as the following Scriptures state, is His very own method and style. \u00a0God\u2019s way of doing something has no comparison.<\/p>\n

LORD, there is no one like You!
\nFor You are great, and Your name is full of power.
\nJeremiah 10:6 NLT<\/p>\n

Among the gods there is none like You, Lord;
\nno deeds can compare with Yours.
\nPsalm 86:8<\/p>\n

He is the Rock, His works are perfect,
\nand all His ways are just.
\nA faithful God who does no wrong,
\nupright and just is He.
\nDeuteronomy 32:4<\/p>\n

\u201cMy thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,\u201d says the Lord.
\n\u201cAnd My ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.
\nFor just as the heavens are higher than the earth,
\nso My ways are higher than your ways
\nand My thoughts higher than your thoughts.
\nIsaiah 55:8-9<\/p>\n

God\u2019s Word is flawless, unbroken, unimpaired, and whole. \u00a0It is beneficial to us. \u00a0This is in sharp contrast to the lies of the enemy.<\/p>\n

God is not man, that He should lie, or a son of man,
\nthat He should change His mind.
\nHas He said, and will He not do it?
\nOr has He spoken, and will He not fulfill it?
\nNumbers 23:19<\/p>\n

All Scripture is breathed out by God
\nand profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction,
\nand for training in righteousness,
\nthat the man of God may be competent,
\nequipped for every good work.
\n2 Timothy 3:16-17<\/p>\n

God is our Shield. \u00a0Just as a king is trusted as the protector of his people, so we who put our faith in God are to trust Him as our Protector.<\/p>\n

But You, Lord, are a Shield around me,
\nmy glory, the One who lifts my head high.
\nPsalm 3:3<\/p>\n

Lord Almighty,\u00a0blessed is the one who trusts in You.
\nPsalm 84:12<\/p>\n

But let all who take refuge in You be glad;
\nlet them ever sing for joy.
\nSpread Your protection over them,
\nthat those who love Your name may rejoice in You.
\nPsalm 5:11<\/p>\n

Because God\u2019s way is perfect, and His word is flawless, and He has promised to protect His children, we need to take heed. \u00a0Yes, like David, we have enemies—whether in the physical or in the spiritual—who try to \u201centangle us with cords of death\u201d (Psalms 18:4-5). \u00a0But if we take heed of God and His Word, He will \u201davenge us, and save us from our enemies\u201d (Psalms 18:47-48). \u00a0When we are faithfully in God\u2019s Word, then we will know God and experience His deliverance.<\/p>\n

It is written, “\u2018Man shall not live by bread alone,
\nbut by every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
\nMatthew 4:4<\/p>\n

Joyful are people of integrity,\u00a0who follow the instructions of the Lord.
\nJoyful are those who obey His laws\u00a0and search for Him with all their hearts.
\nThey do not compromise with evil,\u00a0and they walk only in His paths.
\nYou have charged us\u00a0to keep Your commandments carefully.
\nOh, that my actions would consistently\u00a0reflect Your decrees!
\nPsalms 119:1-4<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u271e\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 *\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dear God, our Father and Protector, we come before You with humble and grateful hearts. \u00a0There is no way that is more perfect than Your Ways. \u00a0There is no word that is more flawless than Your Words. \u00a0We are Your children, and You desire nothing more than for us to trust You wholeheartedly so that You can be our Protector. \u00a0Help us by Your Holy Spirit to \u201ctake heed\u201d of Your Word for us, so that we will know You better and follow You more closely. \u00a0We want to be joyful daughters of integrity \u201c…who obey Your laws, and search for You with all our hearts.\u201d \u00a0Thank You for Your Word and Your Holy Spirit, so that we can know You better. \u00a0In Jesus\u2019 Precious Name, we pray, Amen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
