\u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0*<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our Heavenly Father, the Great I AM, deserves our<strong> all<\/strong>\u2014all our love, all our obedience, all our worship, all our devotion, all our service, all our focus, all our praise, all our whole heart\u2014our <em>everything<\/em>. \u00a0Actually, He <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>requires<\/strong> <\/span>our<strong> all<\/strong>. \u00a0Listen to these three examples from the Scriptures where God\u2019s people (you and me, too!) are given the command to love God with all their heart\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>When Moses gave the Law to the Israelites<\/strong>, he said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">These are the commands, decrees and laws<br \/>\nthe Lord your God directed me to teach you to observe\u2026<br \/>\nso that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God<br \/>\nas long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you,<br \/>\nand so that you may enjoy long life.<br \/>\nHear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.<br \/>\nLove the Lord your God with\u00a0<em><strong>all<\/strong> your heart<\/em> and\u00a0<em><strong>all<\/strong> your soul<\/em> and\u00a0<em><strong>all<\/strong> your strength<\/em>.<br \/>\nDeuteronomy 6:1-4 (excerpts)<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>prophet Jeremiah was given this compelling message<\/strong> to send to the exiled Israelites who had been carried into captivity by Nebuchadnezzer and his army. \u00a0Think about how comforted they must have been hearing God\u2019s words!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord,<br \/>\nthoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil,<br \/>\nto give you hope in your final outcome.<br \/>\nThen you will call upon Me,<br \/>\nand you will come and pray to Me,<br \/>\nand I will hear and heed you.<br \/>\nThen you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity]<br \/>\nand find Me when you search for Me with <em><strong>all<\/strong> your heart<\/em>.<br \/>\nI will be found by you, says the Lord\u2026.<br \/>\nJeremiah 29:11-14<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Lord spoke this convicting message<\/strong> to His followers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">And one of the scribes\u2026asked him, \u201cWhich commandment is the most important of all?\u201d<br \/>\nJesus answered, \u201cThe most important is,<br \/>\n\u2018Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.<br \/>\nAnd you shall love the Lord your God<br \/>\nwith <em><strong>all<\/strong> your heart <\/em>and with <em><strong>all<\/strong> your soul<\/em><br \/>\nand with <em><strong>all<\/strong> your mind<\/em> and with <em><strong>all<\/strong> your strength<\/em>.\u2019<br \/>\nThe second is this: \u2018You shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u2019<br \/>\nThere is no other commandment greater than these.\u201d<br \/>\nMark 12:28-32<\/p>\n<p>We know from the Scriptures that God desires us to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trust Him <em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">with <strong>all<\/strong> of our heart<\/span> <\/em>(Proverbs 3:5 and 6)<\/li>\n<li>work heartily as if for Him<em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> with <strong>all<\/strong> of our heart<\/span> <\/em>(Colossians 3:23)<\/li>\n<li>seek Him <em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">with <strong>all<\/strong> our heart<\/span> <\/em>(Deuteronomy 4:29 and 30)<\/li>\n<li>serve Him <em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">with our<strong> whole<\/strong> heart<\/span><\/em> (1 Chronicles 28:9)<\/li>\n<li>love Him <em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">with <strong>all<\/strong> our heart<\/span> <\/em>(Matthew 22:37)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are a few questions that I have asked myself\u2026perhaps\u00a0you have asked yourself the same things, too:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>What would it take for you, {your name here}, \u00a0to\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">\u2665 \u00a0Give God your <em>all<\/em>?<br \/>\n\u2665 \u00a0Be <em>sold out<\/em> for God?<br \/>\n\u2665 \u00a0Be His <em>completely<\/em>?<br \/>\n\u2665 \u00a0Serve Him <em>only<\/em>?<br \/>\n\u2665 \u00a0Love Him with <em>all<\/em> your heart?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Have you fall on your knees in humble submission, may you voice your commitment to your Father with <em><strong>all your heart<\/strong><\/em>!
