had tofu before, this <strong>Moo-less Chocolate Pie<\/strong> may be the dish to break you in softly. \u00a0Soft tofu is a master of disguise, and here it takes the place of dairy and eggs to form a soft custard base. \u00a0Serve this to anyone who swears they hate tofu, and see if you can change their mind!<\/p>\n<p>There are dozens of ways you can customize this. \u00a0Use a graham cracker crust like I did, or a regular pie crust instead of the chocolate pie crust. \u00a0Drizzle with homemade caramel, or serve with strawberries. \u00a0Walnuts or pecans would be delicious too, with a light pour of hot fudge. \u00a0Or go classic and just serve with whipped cream.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><em>Moo<\/em>-less Chocolate Pie<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>(Recipe Courtesy of Alton Brown)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup coffee liqueur (or use black coffee)<\/li>\n<li>1 block silken tofu<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon honey<\/li>\n<li>1 prepared chocolate wafer crust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place a small metal bowl over a sauce pan of simmering water. \u00a0Melt the chocolate chips and the coffee liqueur together in the bowl. \u00a0Stir in the vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the chocolate mixture into the jar of a blender or food processor. \u00a0Add the tofu and honey and mix until liquified and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the chocolate-tofu mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for two hours, or until
