life brings<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> If you&#8217;re reaching for an answer and you don&#8217;t know what to pray<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> Just open up the pages, let His Word be your strength<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Hold on to the promises (hold tight)<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> Hold on to the promises (all right)<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> Jesus is alive, so hold tight<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> Hold on to the promises<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">And all things work for the good of those who love God<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> He holds back nothing that will heal you, not even His own Son<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> His love is everlasting, His faithfulness unending<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> Oh, if God is for us who can be against us<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> So, if you feel weak<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Neither life nor death everlasting\u00a0on those who fear Him,<br \/>\nand His righteousness to children\u2019s children,<br \/>\nto those who keep His covenant and remember to do His commandments.<br \/>\nPsalms 103:17 and 18<\/p>\n<p>Such a beautiful promise!\u00a0 Perhaps words like these \u2018\u2026to children\u2019s children\u2019\u00a0 particularly impact women\u2019s hearts.\u00a0 Does this promise resonate in your heart like mine?\u00a0 I have one daughter\u2026and by marriage to her\u2026one son!\u00a0 And through their love for one another\u2014four grandchildren!\u00a0 So \u2018children\u2019s children\u2019 yes, that catches my eye\u2026and my heart.\u00a0 I pray every day (just like you!) for the Lord\u2019s love and His righteousness and His blessings to be upon my children and grandchildren.\u00a0 That they would always be under His protection and receiving His provision is very important to me.\u00a0 So as I read this promise, I pray, \u2018Please, Lord!\u00a0 By Your grace, Lord!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>But whether you have children or not, the promise of His steadfast love is from everlasting to everlasting &lt;FOREVER!&gt;\u00a0to every one who has the fear of the Lord.\u00a0 We play a part in these promises coming to pass, y\u2019know.\u00a0 Many, many, many\u00a0of God\u2019s promises have a stipulation attached.\u00a0 God\u2019s people have something to do to receive the promises that He makes to them.\u00a0 It is kind of like when I promise my grandchildren, \u201cOkay now, when the playroom is cleaned up we are going to the library.\u201d\u00a0 I have promised\u2026but they have something to do, too.<\/p>\n<p>According to these verses, the steadfast, everlasting love of our Lord is on those who <strong><em>fear Him\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(so that\u2019s one thing we need to do).\u00a0 And His righteousness carries over to our children\u2019s children who <strong><em>remember to do His commandments<\/em> <\/strong>(another thing we have the responsibility to do).<\/p>\n<p>God\u2019s heart to bless and care for His people\u2019s lives is incredible!\u00a0 He always wants to do good for those who love Him.\u00a0 And He is faithful!<\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\">And we know that God causes all things to work together<br \/>\nfor good to those who love God,<br \/>\nto those who are called according to His purpose.<br \/>\nRomans 8:28<\/p>\n<p>Do you remember the message that Moses gave to the Israelites after delivering God\u2019s Ten Commandments \u00a0to them?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=deuteronomy%205-6&amp;version=NIV\" target=\"_blank\">(Deuteronomy 5 and 6)<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\">These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.<br \/>\nImpress them on your children.
