Gray\/Ben Nyce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> * \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0\u271e \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0* <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Complete<\/strong><\/em>!\u00a0 Could that <em>really<\/em> be true?!? \u00a0Oh YES, it is! \u00a0For years I struggled, truly suffered, being tempted by the enemy of our souls to doubt the truth and veracity of this fact: I, Coleen Ann Brigit Hayden, AM complete in Him!\u00a0 I am!\u00a0 (And you, my friend, you are complete in Him, too!) \u2018How do you\u00a0know that?\u2019 you ask?\u00a0 The Bible tells me so!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For in Christ the fullness of God lives in a human body,<br \/>\nand you are complete through your union with Christ.<br \/>\nColossians 2:9 and 10<\/p>\n<p>The word <strong><em>complete<\/em><\/strong> communicates that the thing which is completed has <strong>no lack or deficiency<\/strong>.\u00a0 So if we are<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em> complete<\/em><\/span> through our union or relationship with\u00a0Christ then there is no lack or deficiency in all that comes through that relationship. <em>\u00a0It is <strong>enough<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 We are fully, perfectly, <span style=\"color: #800080;\">complete<\/span>ly equipped.\u00a0 \u2018With what?\u2019 you ask?\u00a0 Well, here are a few things that became when we had our spiritual new birth. \u00a0Among other things, we are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chosen &#8211;<\/strong> 1 Peter 1:2<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forgiven &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0 Colossians 2:13<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Galatians 5:1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Justified<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 1 Corinthians 6:11<\/li>\n<li><strong>Redeemed &#8211;<\/strong> Ephesians 1:7<\/li>\n<li><strong>Righteous<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Romans 5:9<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sanctified<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 1 Corinthians 1:30<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sealed<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Ephesians 1:13<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is ONLY through our relationship or union with Jesus that we are <span style=\"color: #800080;\">complete<\/span>\u2014there is nothing,\u00a0<em>absolutely nothing<\/em>, that we can do by ourselves that will make us <span style=\"color: #800080;\">complete<\/span>.\u00a0 Remember who and what <strong>we were<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience\u2014among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">and<strong>\u00a0then<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But God, being <strong>rich in mercy<\/strong>, because of <strong>the great love with which He loved us<\/strong>, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ\u2014by grace you have been saved\u2014and raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages He might <strong>show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness toward us<\/strong> in Christ Jesus. For<strong> by grace you have been saved through faith<\/strong>. And this is not your own doing; it is <strong>the gift of God<\/strong>, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ephesians 2:1-8<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Doesn\u2019t that just melt your heart AND revive your heart all at the same time!?!\u00a0 Read through those verses again, and pick out your very favorite phrase and praise our Great I AM through it!\u00a0 (I would LOVE to hear which phrase hits your heart the most\u2026and why!)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>God being rich in mercy<\/li>\n<li>By grace you have been saved through faith<\/li>\n<li>Because of the great love with which He loved us<\/li>\n<li>Might show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness towards us<\/li>\n<li>It is the gift of God<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This\u2014His love, His grace, His mercy, His gift, His riches\u2014is what gives us the opportunity for a relationship or union with Jesus!\u00a0 How<strong> GREAT is our God<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world<br \/>\nto be holy and blameless in His sight.<br \/>\nIn love He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ,<br \/>\nin accordance with His pleasure and will\u2014<br \/>\nto the praise of His glorious grace,<br \/>\nwhich He has freely given us in the One He loves.<br \/>\nEphesians 1:4-6<\/p>\n<p>Hold this truth in your mind and never doubt that you are <span style=\"color: #800080;\">completely, <strong>completely<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>completely<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0 COMPLETE<\/strong><\/span> through your union with Jesus\u2014He is your Lord!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u00a0 * \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0\u271e \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0*<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s Pray:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2026that Christ may dwell in &lt;our&gt; hearts through faith,\u00a0as\u00a0&lt;we&gt; are being rooted and grounded in love. \u00a0I pray that\u00a0&lt;we&gt; may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints,\u00a0what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge,\u00a0so that\u00a0&lt;we&gt; may be filled with all the fullness of God. \u00a0Now to Him who by the power at work within us\u00a0is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine,\u00a0to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. \u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(paraphrased from Ephesians, chapter\u00a03)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many of you have gone on Spring Break or are anticipating taking a vacation this summer. \u00a0It is a time to refresh spirit, soul, and body. \u00a0Over the next couple of weeks, our faithful bloggers will be taking a \u2018spring break\u2019 from writing so that they can come back to us refreshed and freshly anointed.
