Do not worry about tomorrow for will worry about itself. <\/span>
\nEach day has enough trouble of its own.<\/span>
\nMatthew 6:34<\/span><\/p>\n

This Scripture reminded me about a song I know (and I know most of you know it)…<\/p>\n

\u266b \u266a \u266b \u00a0One day at a time, sweet Jesus
\nThat\u2019s all I am asking from You
\nHelp me today to do everything that I might do
\nYesterday is gone, sweet Jesus; and tomorrow may never be mine
\nSo, for my sake, teach me today, one day at a time \u00a0 \u266b \u266a \u266b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is very encouraging. \u00a0As God knows everything we need and so we need to know that He won\u2019t deprive us. \u00a0And the Word says \u201cAnd who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life?\u201d (verse 27). \u00a0So this shows we need not worry. \u00a0Fear makes us worry whilst faith makes us believe and trust God even the more for His provisions.<\/p>\n

Look at verses 28-32<\/a>…. God is just showing us that in His splendor and majesty He provides all things. \u00a0All we need to do is trust Him for the provisions. \u00a0Remember, without faith we cannot please Him (Hebrews 11:6). \u00a0Only having faith in the Lord will be a guarantee for our provision.<\/p>\n

Look also at the Lord\u2019s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13):<\/p>\n

Our Father Who art in Heaven
\nHallowed be Thy name
\nThy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it it in heaven
\nGIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD
\nForgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us
\nAnd lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil<\/p>\n

So it is an issue of daily provision. \u00a0And daily provision can come through our daily prayers and through our daily faith and belief. \u00a0Without that don\u2019t expect anything.<\/p>\n

I am encouraged always by the Word of God through our devotionals this month of January; everyone is writing and emphasizing that we need to have faith in the Lord. \u00a0I therefore also write this devotion reminding us, sisters in Christ, without faith we cannot please God<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0All those challenges in our lives can come to an end as long as we have faith. \u00a0Mark 11:24 says \u201c…whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.\u201d \u00a0It is a matter of desiring and applying faith to the Word.<\/p>\n

* \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 \u271e \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 \u2665 \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 * <\/span><\/p>\n

Oh Lord, our Father and our God, we worship you! \u00a0You are so great! Blessed be Your holy name in all the earth. \u00a0You are our Father and our King. \u00a0We praise You. \u00a0We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness in our lives. \u00a0You have always stood with us when we pray guarding Your word in Jeremiah 33:3 that you shall show us great and might things. \u00a0Be blessed for Your Word is true and it shall accomplish what it came for. \u00a0Thank You for You gave us all the measure of faith that we need to grow as we hear Your Word daily. \u00a0We give You all the praise and honor in Jesus\u2019 name I pray, AMEN!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
