It was in Spanish so I didn\u2019t understand a lot of it but His Presence was there, I could feel it. \u00a0Too often I make the mistake of thinking \u201cchurch\u201d is my Father\u2019s only house. \u00a0I forget He makes His home with us. \u00a0I forget about His heavenly home.<\/p>\n<p>2 Timothy 1:14 (AMP) reminds me that Holy Spirit makes His home in us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Guard and keep [with the greatest care] the precious and excellently adapted [Truth] which has been entrusted [to you], by the [help of the] Holy Spirit Who makes His home in us.<\/p>\n<p>As I was researching Scriptures for this blog, I found something that astounded me! \u00a0Look at the following Scriptures:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;the heavens torn open and the [Holy] Spirit like a dove coming down [to enter] into Him.<br \/>\nMark 1:10 AMP<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven.<br \/>\nLuke 24:49 NLT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then John testified, \u201cI saw the Holy Spirit descending like a dove from heaven and resting upon Him.<br \/>\nJohn 1:32 NLT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;the Holy Spirit sent from heaven.<br \/>\n1 Peter 1:12 HCSB<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">So there are three witnesses in heaven: the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are One;<br \/>\n1 John 5:7 AMP<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do you see it?\u00a0<\/strong> <\/em>The Holy Spirit came from Heaven to reside in us! \u00a0We carry a piece of Heaven inside of us! \u00a0(GASP!) \u00a0I had never thought about it that way.<\/p>\n<p>When Audio Adrenaline wrote this song, they wanted to create a song that made Heaven sound fun&#8230;not scary or ominous. \u00a0\u201cBig House\u201d paints a picture of a large and loving family, spending time together having lots of fun in the Presence of a loving Father. \u00a0Since I have a piece of Heaven, I wanted to see how Scripture describes Heaven. \u00a0Here is what I found:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sound of weeping and crying will no longer be heard \u2013 Isaiah 65:19<\/li>\n<li>Death will no longer exist; grief, crying, and pain will exist no longer \u2013 Revelation 21:4<\/li>\n<li>No hunger or thirst &#8211; Revelations 7:16-17<\/li>\n<li>Springs of living waters &#8211; Revelations 7:16-17<\/li>\n<li>There will be rest and relief &#8211; 1 Thessalonians 1:7<\/li>\n<li>A world filled with God\u2019s righteousness \u2013 2 Peter 3:13<\/li>\n<li>A house with many rooms \u2013 2 Chronicles 31:18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are so many wonderful Scriptures regarding what Heaven will be like&#8230;too many to include. \u00a0But I love the physical description found in this passage:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The River of the water of Life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the Tree of Life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb<br \/>\nwill be in it, and His servants will worship Him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Revelations 22:1-5<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I like the image of the river flowing from the throne. \u00a0Reminds me of the streams and waterfalls I saw this weekend. \u00a0Sounds like a happy place to me. \u00a0And there is a piece of that paradise living inside of me in the form of the Holy Spirit. \u00a0So, please, come and go with me to my Father\u2019s house. \u00a0We may not be able to visit it physically but we always have part of it with us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\">* \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0\u271e \u00a0~ \u00a0\u2665 \u00a0~ \u00a0*<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Father God, thank You for the beautiful Scriptures that show us what Heaven will be like. I stand amazed, knowing that a piece of Heaven dwells within me. Thank You for reminding me through the beauty of nature that I am always in Your House.
