Seth\u2019s sermons led countless people to Christ and this hymn was most assuredly sung as a regular part of their services.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Click<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hymnpod.com\/2009\/01\/27\/thank-you-lord\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0<em>and listen to this beautiful song along with the complete set of lyrics.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our family, like so many others, went through some hard times, but my mother taught me that when Jesus is in my heart I always have a song to sing. \u00a0I don\u2019t know if she ever knew the rest of the hymn but I know she would have liked it, because it thanks God for all that she held dear&#8212;family, friends, His creation, His joy, His grace, His great salvation.<\/p>\n<p>Now she sings this chorus of praise as she looks upon His glorious face. \u00a0I\u2019m looking forward to the day when I will join Mom in front of God\u2019s Throne, and sing \u201cThank You, Lord, for saving my soul, Thank You, Lord, for making me whole.\u201d Jesus gave us His great salvation so rich and free. \u00a0He gave His all. \u00a0I pray that I, like Mom, will give Him my all, all the days of my life. \u00a0My mother taught me that He is Worthy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith\u2014<br \/>\nand this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God\u2014<br \/>\nnot by works, so that no one can boast.<br \/>\nEphesians 2:8-9 NIV<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">O give thanks unto the LORD; for He is good;<br \/>\nfor His mercy endureth for ever.<br \/>\n1 Chronicles 16:34 KJV<\/p>\n<p>Steve Green\u2019s song, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eERKnxzNzwg\" target=\"_blank\">Find Us Faithful<\/a>\u201d says, \u201c<em>May the footprints that we leave lead them to believe&#8230;<\/em>\u201d and that is exactly what Mom prayed and lived. \u00a0In whatever role(s) you play&#8230;mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, friend, or caregiver&#8230;never begrudge the time you take to play, sing, read, listen, or even \u201cact silly\u201d with a child. \u00a0It\u2019s important! \u00a0That child is listening and learning from you. \u00a0Make every moment count&#8211;it\u2019s eternally worth it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">* ~ \u2665 ~ \u271e ~ \u2665 ~ *<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dear Lord, thank You for saving our soul, thank You for making us whole. Thank You for the women in our lives who have shared Your love with us. Lord, in our busyness, remind us to take time to share Your love and salvation with others around us, especially the children.
