For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.
\nPsalm 91:11<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This verse has been sticking me for the past 24 hours.\u00a0 God commands His angels to guard us no matter what we do.\u00a0 Now, it does not necessarily mean that this angel is the angel we all see in pictures.\u00a0 God\u2019s angels come in all forms.\u00a0 It may be somebody we know or may be in something that happens.<\/p>\n

We have had many accidental deaths in our area over the past few weeks.\u00a0 I am reminded of one accident where a girl was pulling out of her driveway and was hit by a drunk driver.\u00a0 She was\u00a018 or 19 years old. \u00a0She died.\u00a0 When the paramedics and firemen pulled her body away from her steering wheel, there were hardly any marks or outward injuries present.\u00a0 They said it was like one of God\u2019s angels had wrapped their arms around her as she died.\u00a0 It was like she was hugged and comforted as she entered eternity.\u00a0 I am glad to know that when I die, or just in anything I am doing, that God will have Jesus or an angel there with me.<\/p>\n

God is a refuge and a fortress.\u00a0 When we are down or in trouble, we should take refuge in our God.\u00a0 My son is having adjustment issues to kindergarten.\u00a0 His first day went terribly.\u00a0 I blamed myself.\u00a0 See, he has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old.\u00a0 I have to work. \u00a0It was a family decision.\u00a0 I blamed myself because I know he is acting out to get attention.\u00a0 I felt like I had deprived him over the last 5 years.\u00a0 Thanks to God\u2019s angels (my husband, my mother, and friends whose own kids started kindergarten and had similar days), I was relieved to know that I was not the only one whose kid was having trouble adjusting.\u00a0 I felt better.\u00a0 God sent his angels to comfort me and bring me back up from my despair.<\/p>\n

God, I pray that You send Your angels to protect us in no matter what we do. \u00a0We know that You are our Refuge.\u00a0 We can come to You no matter the time, place, or situation. \u00a0I pray that You send Your angels\u2014spiritual and physical\u2014to us everyday as a sign of Your love and protection.\u00a0\u00a0 Amen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
