{"id":14006,"date":"2013-08-14T01:00:26","date_gmt":"2013-08-14T06:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/?p=14006"},"modified":"2013-08-13T21:25:26","modified_gmt":"2013-08-14T02:25:26","slug":"personalized-coffee-mugs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/2013\/08\/14\/personalized-coffee-mugs\/","title":{"rendered":"Personalized Coffee Mugs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here at Girlfriends Coffee Hour, we are all about coffee!!\u00a0 So, today&#8217;s blog gives us an interesting and fun way to decorate our coffee mugs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Items needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solid color coffee mug (make sure it is microwave safe)<br \/>\nBic(TM) marker(s)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Think of an idea that you would like to write on the mug&#8212;a word, a picture, a Bible verse, a prayer, etc.\u00a0 For my coffee mug, I wrote &#8220;Dear God, please make me harmless as a dove. \u00a0Amen!&#8221; I also drew a picture of a dove and decorated the bottom of the mug with hearts, the handle with polka dots and I drew a cross under the handle.<\/p>\n<p>Use your BIC marker(s) to decorate the mug any way you would like. \u00a0I used a silver marker on a black coffee mug. The color choices are endless.<\/p>\n<p>Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
