{"id":1141,"date":"2012-08-13T06:00:49","date_gmt":"2012-08-13T11:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/?p=1141"},"modified":"2013-01-24T17:51:11","modified_gmt":"2013-01-24T22:51:11","slug":"resolution-for-women-forgiveness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/girlfriendscoffeehour.com\/wordpress\/2012\/08\/13\/resolution-for-women-forgiveness\/","title":{"rendered":"Resolution for Women:  Forgiveness"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Lord has shown me that this week is going to be LIFE-CHANGING for some of you, as you reach out to Him and open your heart to what He has to say about forgiveness in this weeks lessons in The Resolution for Women.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to share some statements about forgiveness from Priscilla, in this section of this book:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>forgiveness of your sins is something that Christ suffered a terrifying death to give you.<\/li>\n<li>the capacity to forgive yourself is personally impossible. \u00a0You can&#8217;t do it. \u00a0Nobody can.<\/li>\n<li>the bible doesn&#8217;t tell us to forgive ourselves.<\/li>\n<li>you know it&#8217;s the right thing to do, even if it&#8217;s the last thing you feel like doing.<\/li>\n<li>a wounded heart cannot open up either to fully love or receive love.<\/li>\n<li>forgiveness is a miracle.<\/li>\n<li>only one power, one invisible force, one miracle can clear away the eroding illness that robs you of peace and love and the enjoyment of life.<\/li>\n<li>only God can alter your pattern, quicken your step, expand your reach, and get you out of those circles<\/li>\n<li>forgiveness is designed to rescue you, while bringing with it the added by-product of extending the impact of your grace toward those you love.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Just as the Lord has forgiven you,<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">so you must also forgive.&#8221;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Colossians 3:13<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Forgiveness is something that we must offer others, as He has so wonderfully, abundantly, and outlandishly poured it out on us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/h1Lu5udXEZI?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">__________________<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Your Assignment Today:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On a piece of paper, draw a line down through the center, to make two columns. \u00a0On the left side, list the names of those you know you need to forgive. \u00a0On the right side, list the sins you personally have committed. \u00a0Take that list to Jesus. \u00a0Sit at His feet today. \u00a0Speak out each name that you have on your list, and each sin that is listed. \u00a0Ask the Lord to speak to Your heart about each one, and how you can release them to Him. \u00a0This may take you all week, but do this every day if you need to. \u00a0Add to the list each day, if needed. \u00a0 But we are going to have a BURNING CEREMONY at the end of this week, and we are going to take that list and BURN IT at the foot of the cross, as a symbol of our forgiveness for each one, and HIS forgiveness toward our sins.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Let&#8217;s Pray:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Father, I lift each person who is reading this blog today. \u00a0I ask You Lord, as they read this chapter, and this blog, each day this week, that You bring them one step closer to freeing them through the act of forgiveness Lord. \u00a0Whether it&#8217;s an act of forgiveness toward another person, Lord, or through them asking You to forgive them for their own sins. \u00a0I pray that each persons heart will be prepared and ready to receive from You, Lord. \u00a0Reach down deep into their hearts. \u00a0HEAL their brokenness Lord. \u00a0HEAL the wounds \u00a0that have kept them in bondage all this time. \u00a0HEAL the pain they have carried for so long, Lord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I pray for FREEDOM to come to each person this week, Lord. \u00a0I pray for the chains to be broken, that have held them captive for so long. \u00a0I pray for the prison doors to break forth, and each person to step out of that prison that has held them captive to unforgiveness, for so very long, Lord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I pray for Your healing Lord to come forth. \u00a0I pray for Your anointing to flow over them, and cover them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet, Lord! \u00a0Release them Lord! \u00a0Release them as they CHOOSE to forgive this week. \u00a0As they CHOOSE to make forgiveness a priority in their lives, Lord. \u00a0Forgive them, Lord, for the sins that they themselves have committed, also.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I thank You now, Lord, for the work You are doing in each heart. \u00a0I thank You for the healing You are bringing forth this week. \u00a0I thank You in advance for the lives that YOU are changing this week, In Your Precious Name, AMEN!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">______________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Now, it&#8217;s time to go back to our Facebook OBS Group, and see what Megan has in store for us this week. \u00a0This week is YOUR week! \u00a0If you do not belong to one of our Facebook OBS Groups, and would like to, please email us at GirlfriendsCoffeeHour@gmail.com, and we&#8217;ll be happy to add you!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I will be lifting you in prayer this week. \u00a0I KNOW God is going to set YOU FREE! \u00a0Expect that from Him, as you read each lesson in this weeks study!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Be Blessed &amp;
