My story is made up of many love letters written from my heart to God\u2019s heart and from His to mine.\u00a0 I open up to Him with a pen in my hand and a journal in my lap.\u00a0 The Lord speaks to me through my writings and I am beyond excited to share with you bits and pieces of different letters I have from God.\u00a0 I share parts of my story so that God\u2019s love, power, grace, forgiveness, and perfectness may be showcased.\u00a0 As you read I pray the Lord grabs hold of your heart and fills you with hope!<\/i><\/p>\n
But our citizenship\u00a0is in heaven.\u00a0And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,\u00a0<\/sup>who, by the power\u00a0that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies\u00a0so that they will be like his glorious body.\u00a0 Philippians 3:20, 21<\/strong><\/p>\n Dear God,<\/p>\n Restore my heart, O LORD.\u00a0 Restore all of the broken pieces of my life.\u00a0 I am desperate.\u00a0 Please, I need You!<\/p>\n Yours, Diane<\/p>\n Simple but powerful prayer I spoke to God one day.\u00a0 I could sit here and describe to you every broken piece my heart and life once were, but I would rather fill this empty page with what God has taught me about restoration.\u00a0 As you read these words God has filled into my life, I pray that you picture Him speaking them directly to you.\u00a0 Think of the area of your life that needs some serious restoration.\u00a0 Take heart, because God is in the restoring business.\u00a0 He not only fixes, He replaces the old with the new—the broken with the whole.\u00a0 Open your ears to God\u2019s powerful truth.<\/p>\n Dear Broken and Shattered,<\/p>\n Yes, dear one, you most certainly do need Me.\u00a0 Truth be told, I am in the center of all of your brokenness.\u00a0 I know the pain in every break.\u00a0 I know the tears you have shed because of this shattered mess.\u00a0 I am here, in the middle of your mess, waiting for you to reach out of your brokenness and experience ME.\u00a0 I truly am all you ever need.\u00a0 I am the reason you can have hope in this.\u00a0 I am the reason you do not need to suffer through this alone.\u00a0 Listen for My soft voice, calling you closer and closer to Me: for then you will find inexpressible joy and My peace that passes all understanding.\u00a0 What is it that you want?\u00a0 Is it a quick fix?\u00a0 Is it even a fix at all?\u00a0 You know I can do all things, right?<\/p>\n Are you ready to let Me in to make something beautiful out of your broken mess?\u00a0 It is time let go of the broken pieces and grab onto My hope, love, and grace to fill your entire being.\u00a0 I promise to be here to restore these broken pieces into the most beautiful masterpiece you can ever imagine.\u00a0 This will not be an easy process, but I will be there always; I will not leave you.\u00a0 You may not like the process but you will learn to love Me the whole time.\u00a0\u00a0 It may not be a quick fix, but My timing is BEST.\u00a0 You only know a sliver of what I could possibly do.\u00a0 I want to do something better than you could ever imagine.\u00a0 I am going to make you a new creation, in Me.\u00a0 I will restore even the most unimaginable pieces.\u00a0 The ones that you may not know are there or choose to ignore I will replace with pieces of Me that I created you to possess.<\/p>\n My Spirit will dwell in you.\u00a0 Why you may ask, would I do this for you?\u00a0 Honestly, the love I have for you drives Me to create in you a new spirit, My Spirit.\u00a0 My love for you is so deep and so wide and knows NO BOUNDS.\u00a0 This love desires to bring restoration to your life so you may live the life I created you to live.\u00a0 At the end of this process you will find it is truly just the beginning.\u00a0 The beginning of a new journey with Me.\u00a0 This does not promise that you will never break again, but it does promise that you will never break beyond what I can mend.\u00a0 You will find the purpose for your life—to share this love you have received with every single person you encounter in this life, drawing them to Me.\u00a0 You will pray for these people to find Me.\u00a0 You will have eyes to see the brokenness in lives of the hurting, but you will know My Beauty in that brokenness.<\/p>\n You will not only help others find My beauty in their lives, but you will find more of My blessings in your own.\u00a0 There will be a day when the attempt of brokenness will no longer exist.\u00a0 The day I take you up to Heaven to spend eternity with Me, will prove to be the day you know in your heart that all of the pain and hurt behind each moment in your life that left you broken was well worth it all to see Me in all of My glory.\u00a0 For this, my dear, is the day you will be found in Me.<\/p>\n Until the day we are face to face in My Heavenly Place,<\/p>\n Your Mighty Savior<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n **********<\/p>\n Spend time writing your prayer back to God.\u00a0 Write whatever is on your heart.\u00a0 Make this from your heart to His.<\/p>\n God Bless
